Day 1 1/12/09

So today I have begun a new way of eating. My goal is to lose 100 pounds and get back into a size 8 or 10 (preferably an 8 =). i am following the Flat Belly Diet. My parents have been on it one month and lost 10 pounds. So natually I'm stoked. I woke up this morning and weighed myself with Wii fit. No I will not tell you my current weight, just how much I have lost. When I am happy again with my weight I will tell you. So first I worked out for ten minutes doing yoga with the Wii fit. I tried a new pose (Tree Pose), and umm... I am sooo not that flexible yet. I will keep working on it though. I then ate my breakfast and drank my sassy water (I'll tell you later) and also a bottle of water. I felt pretty good, not hungry at all. Lunch was good, I ate a whole pint of grape tomatos (wow!). Again, felt good, not hungry. My snack was yummy, I substitued yogurt for the cup of milk (Mom said the smoothie wasn't very good). I made sure the calories were still there, and again not hungry. So far I'm doing good in following the plan. By the way Sassy water is a detox water with mint, cucumber, lemon and ginger. One glass with every meal. Not the yummiest thing in the world, but I have been peeing like a race horse so I guess it's working. Well I'm off to make dinner. I'll let ya know how that goes. Have fun!
